Evaluation of mission maker
I used the program mission maker to create my game It took me 3 weeks to organise the levels, characters, setting and effects. I chose to use a street theme for my game so its in an urban enviroment like London to make it look realistic. The genre of the game I created is action so theres alot of guns planted around the setting and alot of enemies trying to kill . The aim of my game is to kill all robot enemies that were programmed to kill the player and collect health, money and find keys to go througth to the next level. I enjoyed using mission maker and learnt alot about the making of games and how to order characters but the porogram was limited because I didnt get to do everthing that I wanted for example design my own character.

Computer games nowaday are extrmely popular that nealy every household in the uk own one. I think that computer games are great and a very good way to past time.
Personaliy I like fighting and action games such as tekken and grand theft auto as they are a great way to keep people entertained as you could with your friends in 2 player mode.
History of Games
The first video game was pong released in the united states in 1975, followed by the Artari in 1982 then a few years down the line the biggest hitting game console was out the playstation this was the best selling console around the world it was followed by Playstation 2, 3 and Playstation portable (PSP). The seventh generation of game console began on november 22 2005 with the release of the Xbox 360 and continued with the release of the Sony Playstation 3 on Novenmber 11 2006 and Nintendo Wii on novenber 19 2006. Each new console introduced a new type of breaktrough tecnology for example, the Xbox 360 and Ps3 offered HD graphics, while the Wii focused on intergrating controllers with movement sensors instead of joy sticks all three consoles have wireless controllers. Computer gaming has greatly improved over the last 30 years since 1982, and now there are many genres of games to choose from and realistic graphics and online gaming making the gameing industry earn alot of money.

Game Genre
Tekken 6 is a full on action game, which the aim is to beat up all the characters in story mode
the game has not been realeased in the UK yet but comming soon on the Xbox 360 and Ps3 , it has already been realeasen in Japan.
The legend of zelda is a Action-adventure Game. In it you have to solve puzzles, roam around fields fighting bad guys. In this particular game you can ride horses unlike any other game.
Sonic the hedgehog is a platform game which all you have to do is roll forward and backwards clollecting gold rings and trying to defeat the boss eggman this game is availableon Ps2, 3 and wii and xbox.
